Dispatcher / Reservation Specialist for Chauffeur Services M/W/D

Your primary responsibility is to manage daily bookings for our existing clients from start to finish (offer preparation, booking, monitoring, and completion), including coordinating with our partners. Together with your colleagues, you will take on dispatching duties on a weekly rotation, ensuring close communication with clients, chauffeurs, and partners. The Reservations/Dispatching team handles a wide range of international clients, supporting them in the area of transportation services. Events such as congresses, corporate functions, and roadshows are part of the daily business, alongside transportation services for VIP clients or private jet passengers.

WHAT YOU CONTRIBUTE:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing bookings
  • Requesting and preparing offers
  • Monitoring booked services, including detailed coordination with dispatching and chauffeurs
  • Ensuring adherence to Interline/Carey standards and checking contract fulfillment (including quality assurance)
  • Researching, gathering, and evaluating potential and existing service providers
  • Data management and communication with our partner companies
  • Maintaining master data
  • Supporting (partially on-site) large-scale events

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Completed training in a commercial or logistical field (preferably event or travel management)
  • Specialization in transport/logistics/event management
  • Business-level fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • High stress tolerance
  • Absolute service and customer orientation
  • Willingness to work overtime, including outside regular working hours
  • Affinity for tourism and professional transportation services
  • Strong communication skills with suppliers and colleagues
  • Team spirit, solution-oriented thinking, and negotiation skills
  • Independence, dynamism, and excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Windows systems
